EatGreat
Overview
Eatgreat was a startup that I co-founded with my friends. We provided food delivery service by gathering orders from students and staffs at the university to reach the restaurant's delivery order amount. The food was delivered to the locker and the customers could simply get their food by themselves. It attracted 1000+ app registrations.
My Role
Co-founder:
- Strategized and set goals for product launch initiatives
- Managed project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders
- Developed and executed marketing strategies
Front-end Developer:
- Developed the App interface using React.js, HTML, CSS
UX Designer:
- Conducted usability test for food delivery APP interface using Framer
- Designed the locker system for maximum efficiency
- Designed and implemented the unique service process
